Registered Nurse - PRN

Registered Nurse (PRN, 0.1 FTE) provides direct professional nursing care to psychiatric patients across age ranges (adolescent to geriatric) as part of an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, medication administration per standards, de-escalation and risk assessment, advocacy and family involvement, performance improvement participation, documentation, and collaboration with the care team to ensure safe, evidence-based mental health care. Requires Ohio RN licensure and CPR within 30 days; PMH Nursing certification is preferred. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for most of shifts; background checks and compliance with regulatory standards are noted.
