Job Summary
This position primarily involves directing and evaluating resident care provided by nursing staff in the Senior Living Community. Responsibilities include administering disciplinary actions, reporting nursing care, supervising staff, ensuring infection control standards, and maintaining alertness to clinical signs. The role requires providing medications and treatments, overseeing the admission and transfer of residents, and ensuring compliance with facility policies and procedures, as well as maintaining resident privacy and care. Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in nursing and Registered Nurse certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing with Registered Nurse certification required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation training required
- Knowledge of general nursing principles
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Proficiency in computer applications and Care System paging systems
