Registered Nurse PRN Intermediate Care Unit Days

Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Administer medications and IVs safely while maintaining a therapeutic environment for patients, families, and coworkers. Communicate patient information accurately to the team and evaluate family understanding. Support the mission of Methodist Health System by adhering to hospital standards and promoting a cooperative work environment. Ensure quality care throughout the episode of care while taking initiative for professional growth. Requires a Texas RN license, six months of experience, and BLS certification. Rotating 7-7 shifts including weekends at a 46-bed acute care hospital in Midlothian, Texas.
