Supervise patient groups and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team, including daily rounds with physicians and families, while leveraging unit resources like an on-site pharmacist for medication support. Adhere to established policies, communicate openly with internal customers and supervisors, and apply Cooper core values throughout daily operations.
