Job Summary
Render highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process. Provide direct and indirect patient care, including safe medication and IV administration, while ensuring complete and timely written communication of patient information. Support the educational process for patients, families, and significant others. Adhere to general hospital standards to promote a cooperative work environment through effective communication and team building. Take personal responsibility for performance and professional growth. Work 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, Monday through Friday with alternating weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Current license to practice nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so
- Work experience: Six months RN experience
