Registered Nurse - PRN

Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care in the Spine Center, support pre- and post-operative patient care, administer medications and treatments, educate patients and families, manage patient flow and clinic operations, collaborate with physicians, PAs, and back-office staff, lead staff and assist in staff training and quality monitoring, supervise narcotics handling and inventory, and ensure privacy and confidentiality within a day-to-day clinic setting. Requires RN with BSN preferred and at least one year of nursing experience in a clinic/pain setting; strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to adapt to changing patient needs and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- RN degree
- BSN preferred
- Minimum of one-year professional nursing experience
- clinic and pain experience preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- knowledge of pain management protocols
- ability to supervise and train staff
- ability to manage inventory and supplies
- ability to maintain patient confidentiality
