Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides essential patient care in the Wound Care Center, managing intake and discharge processes, and may serve as a Case Manager for assigned patients. Responsibilities include performing nursing assessments, collaborating with healthcare providers, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and conducting hyperbaric oxygen therapy duties after required training. Candidates must hold an ADN and a current RN license, with preferred qualifications including a BSN and wound care experience. Demonstrated competency in BLS and strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Current RN license in the state of practice
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Medical Surgical, Home Health or Wound Care Certification preferred
- Wound care experience preferred
