Job Summary
Registered Nurse (PRN) responsibilities include conducting client visits to assess health conditions and living environments, developing individualized care plans with ADLs, monitoring and documenting client progress, providing education to clients and families, evaluating caregiver performance, collaborating with healthcare professionals, maintaining medical records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and pursuing ongoing professional development. Qualifications include SC RN license, 1-2 years of nursing experience (home health preferred), strong clinical and communication skills, ability to implement ADL plans, caregiver feedback experience, independent work capability, transportation, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Required Qualifications
- Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health care or a related field

- Ability to develop and implement ADL plans tailored to individual client needs
- Experience in evaluating and providing feedback to caregivers
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
