Job Summary
RN - PRN (Days or Nights) responsible for medication supervision/administration and completion of admissions assessments, acute and long-term care/service plans, and clinical documentation. Provides education and consultation on health-related concerns, notifies physicians/families of changes, responds to emergencies, maintains confidentiality, and contributes to the Safety & Disaster Plan. Requires Associate’s Degree (or two years college/technical school) or equivalent experience, Nursing area of study, RN license in the practicing state, and CPR certified. Must have 1+ year experience in a skilled, sub-acute, or memory care setting; strong teamwork and basic computer skills. Required Qualifications
