Job Summary
CenterCare Hospice seeks a Pueblo RN for PRN to provide in-place nursing care for patients in their residence, focusing on comfort, symptom management, and end-of-life care. Responsibilities include administering nursing services within scope, assessing needs based on patient acuity, coordinating and educating patients and families, arranging diagnostic/therapeutic services, adhering to medication protocols, and maintaining charting/documentation per policies and regulations. Requires Nursing Degree (or RN program graduate), active RN license, CPR/BLS, at least 1 year Hospice experience, reliable transportation, and successful background/drug tests. Location is Pueblo, CO; role is on-site (IN_PERSON).
Required Qualifications
- Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN license
- Must have current CPR/BLS
- Minimum 1 year of Hospice experience
- Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance coverage
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
