Job Summary
Registered Nurse PRN at Ambercare Hospice in Alamogordo NM provides compassionate, patient- and family-centered care across the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation; initiates communication with the attending physician and interdisciplinary team; performs therapeutic, preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures; conducts death pronouncement as needed; maintains accurate patient records and care plans; requires RN licensure in the state, graduation from an accredited RN program, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license; offers flexible scheduling and meaningful, high-impact care in a home health/hospice setting.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program
- Licensed as a registered nurse in the state of practice
- Maintains a current CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance is required
