Registered Nurse - PRN

Assess, plan, and deliver nursing care to patients while administering prescribed medications and treatments. Check and record vital signs, triage intake screenings, and report treatment reactions or patient condition changes. Collaborate with practitioners to coordinate medical services, maintain aseptic techniques, and provide patient education on facility policies and discharge planning. Document care concisely in appropriate forms and participate in in-service education sessions. May cover shifts at multiple correctional facilities and act as a backup to the Site Manager. Requires an active nursing license, BLS certification, and knowledge of the RN scope of practice.
