Registered Nurse PRN

RN PRN role in Alamogordo, NM providing compassionate hospice and home-health nursing care. Responsibilities include patient and family caseload management across assessment, admission processing, care planning and evaluation; gathering data on physical, psychological, social and spiritual factors; coordinating with the attending physician and interdisciplinary team; conducting visits to reassess needs and update the plan of care; performing therapeutic, preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures; pronouncing death when applicable; maintaining accurate records, charts, and care plans. Requires an accredited RN program, active RN license in NM, CPR certification, tactful communication with patients/families, and a valid driver’s license with insurance.
