Job Summary
Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to assess and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs. Maintain appropriate CPR certification and obtain required security clearance, including drug screening and criminal background checks. Work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and PRN, with a minimum of two shifts per month. This position supports Centurion's comprehensive healthcare services to the Georgia Department of Corrections at Coastal State Prison in Port Wentworth, Georgia.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
- Shift: Days, Nights, Weekends, PRN, at least 2 Shifts per month
