Job Summary
Provide one-on-one in-home nursing care for adult and pediatric patients. Implement the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation), communicate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, and manage care ranging from tracheostomy/ventilators to feeding tubes, wound care, and seizure management. Requires valid Minnesota RN license, English fluency, and BLS CPR certification; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Shift length commonly 8–12 hours with options for flexibility.
