Job Summary
Provide one-on-one home nursing for adult and pediatric patients in the patient’s home, following the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) and coordinating with physicians and a multidisciplinary care team. Administer care including tracheostomy and ventilator support, feeding tubes, wound care, and seizure management. Requires valid Minnesota RN license, English fluency, and BLS/CPR certification; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; shifts typically 8–12 hours in duration. In-home/Caregiver responsibilities include ensuring high-quality, compassionate care, clear communication with the medical team, and adherence to agency values (Accountability, Compassion, Integrity, Teamwork). Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota
- Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification through American Heart Association or Red Cross (renewed at recommended frequencies)
- Education and experience in the scope of services offered by the agency
