Registered Nurse | Private Duty Nurse

Implement the nursing process through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for adult and pediatric patients in their homes. Provide specialized care including tracheostomy management, ventilator support, feeding tube care, wound management, and seizure control. Communicate patient health status to physicians and the multidisciplinary care team. Maintain accurate documentation per agency standards, ensure positive patient interactions, and perform physical tasks such as lifting, turning, and transferring up to 50 lbs. Work 8-12 hour shifts with a starting hourly rate of $37.00.
