Job Summary
Provide one-on-one private duty nursing in the patient’s home as an RN, delivering adult and pediatric nursing care, implementing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation), and coordinating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Care includes tracheostomy and ventilator care, feeding tubes, wound care, and seizure management. Must hold a Minnesota RN license, communicate in English, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Minnesota
- Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English
- Education and experience in the scope of services offered by the agency
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR through American Heart Association or Red Cross renewed at recommended frequencies
- Must be able to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50lbs
