Job Summary
Provide one-on-one in-home nursing care for adult and pediatric patients as a Private Duty Nurse (RN). Implement the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation), communicate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams, and deliver care ranging from tracheostomy and ventilator care to feeding tubes, wound care, and seizure management. Requires MN RN license, English fluency, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Shifts typically 8-12 hours with a competitive starting hourly rate of $37,health insurance reimbursement plan, 401k, CEUs, PTO, on-demand pay, and a referral bonus up to $3,000; benefits reflect a patient-centered home-care role.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Minnesota
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Education/experience in the scope of services offered by the agency
- Must be able to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50lbs.
