Job Summary
Provide one-on-one home nursing care as a Private Duty RN in patients' homes, implementing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) and coordinating with physicians and MDT members. Responsibilities include care ranging from tracheostomy and ventilator management to feeding tubes, wound care, and seizure management. Typical shifts are 8-12 hours. Must hold a Minnesota RN license, be fluent in English, and maintain BLS CPR certification; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Minnesota
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English
