Registered Nurse Primary Care Clinic Westminster

Registered Nurse (RN) in an outpatient primary care clinic setting. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments (physical, social, psychological, cognitive, communicative, and developmental as appropriate), planning and coordinating individualized care plans, implementing care directives, and evaluating patient outcomes. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, provides education and referrals as needed, and ensures documentation accuracy, adherence to protocols, and compliance with licensure requirements. Schedule is Monday–Friday, in person, 8 am–5 pm at Westminster Clinic (8758 Wolff Ct. #200, Westminster, CO 80331). Requires active RN license in state of practice (compact licenses transferable within 60 days), BSN within four years for those with <12 months experience, and BLS certification. BSN is required as of the 4/27/2025 update. The position emphasizes prioritization and triage of care, utilization of standing orders and protocols, and effective coordination with patients, families, and the health team to develop and implement plans of care and follow-up.”,
