Full-time Registered Nurse in Primary Care at Baptist Endocrinology South in Jacksonville, FL. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Primary responsibility is phone triage with no face-to-face patient interactions required. Triage telephone calls, interpret symptoms, communicate plan of care, educate patients and families on treatment plans, manage prior authorizations for medications, coordinate workflow for clinical questions, room/triage patients for providers, review portal messages, and maintain strong documentation. Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing, Basic Life Support (BLS), and a Licensed Registered Nurse. Works with a busy team supporting 8 providers in a full-time office setting.
