Job Summary

Conduct ambulatory triage and preventive care for patients in the Primary Care Clinic, supporting chronic disease management alongside six providers. Assess patients without face-to-face interaction and coordinate functions for groups effectively while maintaining awareness of legal patient care implications. Maintain Basic Life Support certification and an active Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact license, with an Associates of Nursing degree and two years of ambulatory experience preferred. Enjoy a predictable Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Required Qualifications

  • Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
  • Associates of Nursing (ASN)
  • active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
  • graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program
  • ability to coordinate a number of functions for a group of patients in an effective timely manner
  • awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse
  • ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelors of Nursing (BSN)
  • Two years experience in an ambulatory setting
  • Other advanced life support certifications
