Job Summary
Oversee daily patient flow to optimize care, safety, and satisfaction while triaging incoming requests and delivering patient education. Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist in procedures, adhering to patient safety guidelines and Colorado delegation statutes. Manage high telephone volumes for medications and assistance, prioritizing critical thinking and independent work with minimal supervision. Advocate for patient preferences through Relationship-Based Care and collaborate with providers to achieve optimal outcomes. Maintain HIPAA compliance and model organizational values. Requires one year of clinical experience, Colorado RN license, and BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Hourly pay ranges from $37.90 to $60.45.
Required Qualifications
- One-year clinical experience
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado or from a valid compact state
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Must possess, or be able to obtain within 90 days, the computers skills necessary to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
- Must have working knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English
- Minimum of Associate Nursing Degree for positions hired after 07/01/2018
- Must be HIPAA compliant
