Job Summary
Assess patient needs across adult, pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric populations and formulate goal-directed care plans based on nursing diagnoses. Implement skilled nursing processes to achieve desired outcomes while establishing priorities based on essential center resources. Perform efficient emergency interventions following protocols, document care timely and accurately, and review physician orders professionally. Maintain CPR/ACLS certification, attend mandatory services, and remain flexible to adapt to new approaches while treating all patients equally under the Patient Rights policy.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from accredited nursing program
- License as registered nurse in the state the facility is located
- Minimum of three years work experience as a staff nurse
- Maintains CPR/ACLS certification
- Must be able to lift and/or carry over 20 pounds on a regular basis
- Must be able to push/pull over 25 pounds on a regular basis
- Must be able to stand and/or walk at least 10 hours per day
