Job Summary
Registered Nurse provides care and education for the patient based on illness, symptoms, and treatment. Manages individualized, goal-directed nursing care through the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing in accordance with departmental and hospital policies. This is a Full Time Float Pool position with premium pay, requiring floating to Baptist Pensacola, Gulf Breeze Hospital, Jay Hospital, Outpatient Clinics and Free-Standing Emergency Departments (as qualified). Must be qualified to float in two or more areas of practice. Hiring for day and night shift.
