Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, including physical, social, and psychological status reviews. Coordinate interdisciplinary care through delegation, collaboration, and resource management while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with legal standards. Direct patient education, referrals, and follow-up plans based on individualized care goals. Requires current RN license, BSN degree, and BLS certification. Schedule includes 4-10-hour shifts Monday through Friday with start times varying from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- BSN Education must be obtained from an accredited institution
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date
