Registered Nurse Pre/Post-Op PRN

Assess patient needs across adult, pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric populations while collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care. Formulate goal-directed plans of care based on nursing diagnoses and implement skilled interventions to achieve desired patient outcomes. Establish care priorities, manage emergency situations following established protocols, and document assessments accurately and timely. Review and carry out physician orders while maintaining CPR/ACLS/PALS certification and adapting to new approaches. Stand or walk at least 10 hours daily, lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds as required.
