Registered Nurse – Pre-op/PACU

Assess patient needs, administer drugs, and manage respiratory equipment, fluid lines, tubes, drains, and catheters for pre-operative and post-anesthesia care. Demonstrate arrhythmia recognition, apply effective interviewing skills, and communicate post-operative discharge instructions to patients and families. Maintain accurate documentation, participate in quality assurance strategies, and collaborate effectively with the health care team while adhering to hospital policies and standards. Complete BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications and maintain active state licensure. Requires one year of clinical experience with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
