Job Summary
Registered Nurse in Pre-Operative care at Grandview Urology Surgery Center provides patient-centered nursing care across the perioperative continuum, administers medications, assists with procedures, supports infection control and safety standards, educates patients and families, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes across multiple surgical services (including OR, Cardiac, Endoscopy, Oncology, Orthopedics, NICU, Dialysis, Cath Lab). Requires active RN licensure, BCLS, and 0-2 years acute care experience; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.
Required Qualifications
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
- BCLS - Basic Life Support required
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation preferred
