Job Summary
Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Serve as the primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, monitoring and recording patient conditions as appropriate. This Registered Nurse Pre and Post Surgery position at Columbia St Mary's Milwaukee requires night shift full-time hours and BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire
Desired Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in med/surg or procedural setting
