Job Summary
Evaluate clinical processes, identify quality improvement opportunities, and analyze patient care practices to recommend process enhancements. Provide guidance, education, and mentorship to nursing staff while supporting research, quality initiatives, and organizational change efforts. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care outcomes and serve as a clinical resource for nursing teams. Assist with staff education, training, and competency development to promote compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
