Job Summary
Deliver pediatric primary care nursing with minimal guidance, managing daily assessments, treatment, and medication administration for patients with moderate to complex health issues. Synthesize assessment data to recognize complex situations, triage patient calls using Barton Schmidt protocols and national telehealth standards, and perform phlebotomy for blood specimens. Collaborate with clinical providers on in-office procedures, ensure documentation reflects ongoing care evaluation, and assist the nurse manager or office manager with administrative policies and clinical protocols. Requires a registered nursing license (BSN within three years), BLS certification, and pediatric office experience.
Required Qualifications
- RN Required
- BSN preferred
- RN applicants must agree to obtain BSN within 3 years of hire
- Must have or be eligible for DE nursing license
- Pediatric Office Nurse experience required
- BLS Certification with the American Heart Association required
