Registered Nurse

Triage patients by telephone, walk-in, or EMR messages to determine care urgency and approve same-day visits. Assist physicians in procedures, administer immunizations and allergy shots, and process laboratory results by flagging abnormalities for provider review. Provide comprehensive patient education during initial, post-operative, and post-partum visits while coordinating appointments and referrals. Supervise medical assistants, answer staff questions within scope of practice, and provide assigned training. Ensure billing codes are correct and maintain accurate charting for quality assurance. Requires an RN license in Massachusetts with at least three years of ambulatory experience, BLS certification, and EMR proficiency.
