Job Summary
Deliver pediatric primary care nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation while safely administering medications and performing phlebotomy. Triage patient calls using Barton Schmidt pediatric protocols and national telehealth standards, then assist the clinical provider with in-office procedures within the scope of your license. Synthesize assessment data to recognize complex situations and collaborate with the medical team on treatment plans for patients with moderate to complex health issues. Maintain accurate documentation reflecting ongoing evaluation and effectiveness of care while complying with administrative policies and clinical protocols. This full-time role requires a BSN within three years and includes 32 hours per week in Bel Air, MD.
Required Qualifications
- RN Required
- BSN preferred
- RN applicants must agree to obtain BSN within 3 years of hire
- Must have or be eligible for DE nursing license
- Pediatric Office Nurse experience required
- BLS Certification with the American Heart Association required
