Job Summary
Provide clinical supervision and coordinate safe, effective, individualised care for residents and their families at Woodport Aged Care Plus Centre in Erina, NSW. Manage staff and physical resources to assist residents in leading active, meaningful lives while completing documentation for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care needs. Maintain accurate clinical records, manage medication administration in accordance with legislative guidelines, and liaise with doctors and other health professionals. Complete necessary reports, care plans, and other required documentation. Work part-time PM shifts (1445-2300) on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted registration with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency
- Demonstrated aged care experience
- Understanding of and commitment to continuous quality improvement
- Experience in developing care plans
- An understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
- An understanding of AN-ACC
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrated well developed computer and documentation skills
- National NDIS worker screening check
- Evidence of two doses of the COVID-19 vaccination
- Successful completion of a Working with Children Check
- Applicants for all roles require a mandatory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
