Job Summary
Registered Nurse for the Postoperative & Stroke Unit on the night shift. Provide direct patient care for post-surgical and stroke patients, administer essential bedside procedures, monitor patient status, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, quality outcomes. Maintain BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (PALS upon hire) and complete CPI training within six months. Requires current South Carolina RN license and graduation from an accredited NLN-approved RN program; prior acute care experience preferred (one year FT or three years PT).
Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
- Experience: Prefer one-year full time or three years part-time experience in acute care setting. New graduates are encouraged to apply in their final semester of nursing school before graduation.
- License: Current South Carolina nursing license.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (upon hire). CPI (within 6 months)
