Job Summary
Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care; assists physicians during examinations and procedures; administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse; promotes patient independence by teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills; requires 12-hour night shifts (7pm-7am) and on-site work in Odessa, TX; sign-on bonus of $10,000 with an 18-month commitment; relocation assistance available; active Texas RN license with BLS, NRP and STABLE certifications required; ACLS and PALS certifications preferred; minimum 1 year of experience; strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills; compassionate, patient-centered care; opportunities for professional development and advancement; benefits and comprehensive healthcare package.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
- BLS certification
- NRP and STABLE certification
- COAP and Suicide Prevention course
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
