Job Summary
Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Serve as the primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders as appropriate. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions throughout the shift. This Registered Nurse position is full-time, days, located in Murfreesboro, TN, at Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition 'Compact State' obtained within 2 Months (60 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire
