Job Summary
Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition. Serve as primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Postpartum RN role with neonatal care responsibilities and required certifications (BLS, NRP, STABLE) within specified timelines. Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Tennessee or compact-state recognition required. Diploma in nursing or equivalent professional licensure at hire.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider within 30 days of hire
- RN license or multi-state Compact State license
- Neonatal Resuscitation Certification within 6 months
- STABLE Certification within 6 months
- Diploma in nursing or professional licensure at hire
