Job Summary
Assess patients and collect health data involving families and providers while coordinating safe, timely plans of care. Communicate clearly with all stakeholders and individualize teaching based on thorough assessments. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness and maintain current knowledge of standards and regulations. Schedule is nights from 7:00pm to 7:30am, every other weekend, at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL. Full-time role requires an Associate's or BSN, Illinois licensure, and CPR certification. Endeavor Health serves over 4.2 million residents across six northeast Illinois counties with eight acute care hospitals recognized for nursing excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association
