Job Summary
Assess physical, social, and psychological patient status, including cognitive and developmental skills. Collaboratively develop individualized plans of care with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team, incorporating education and referrals. Direct care delivery through delegation and coordination, managing time, supplies, and resources to meet clinical goals. Evaluate patient responses to interventions and revise care plans as needed. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to legal and ethical standards. Requires current state RN license, BLS certification, and BSN within four years of hire. Located at St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN). Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified
Desired Qualifications
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date
