Job Summary
Provide holistic nursing care in the Post Surgical Cardiac Stepdown unit, lead care planning, and coordinate the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Monitor patient conditions, promptly communicate changes, execute physician and nursing orders, and coordinate discharge planning for successful transitions of care. Must hold RN licensure with the Oklahoma Board of Nursing and be BLS certified within 30 days of hire. Schedule is PRN in the Tulsa/Jenks area, with on-site, in-person care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- RN licensed by Oklahoma Board of Nursing
- BLS Provider within 1 Month of hire
