Registered Nurse - Post-Op

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate postoperative patient care in accordance with established policies and standards of care. Manage and oversee care provided by ancillary professionals while documenting findings in the medical record. Maintain competent post-anesthesia skills and ensure safe, quality patient care including appropriate pain management and cultural diversity considerations. Monitor supplies and equipment within the unit and collaborate closely with physicians and interdepartmental personnel. Support the mission of Mercy by adhering to safety, infection control policies, and service standards for all patients and co-workers.
