Registered Nurse PICU Transport Team

Supervise daily unit activities and staff to ensure quality patient care while coordinating efforts to meet patient and customer needs. Lead educational and quality improvement programs to enhance staff knowledge of current nursing trends and implement processes for documentation audits and risk reduction. Anticipate staffing based on unit needs and collaborate with administrative leadership to develop projects that improve unit quality. Obtain required certifications including ACLS, BLS, PALS, STABLE, and Trauma Nursing Core Course within specified timelines. Requires an RN license, Associate or Bachelor's degree, and three years of experience. No travel required. Located at Las Palmas Medical Center in El Paso.
