Job Summary
Provide direct patient care to critically ill pediatric or neonatal patients in PICU/NICU. Monitor patient conditions and vital signs, administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed, and operate advanced life-support equipment (ventilators, incubators). Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams; educate and support families during critical care, and maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and safety/regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in MN
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in PICU or NICU (preferred)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- CPR/First Aid
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
