Job Summary
Deliver safe, timely, and appropriate patient care through the nursing process, including collecting data, conducting assessments, and planning care for clients with stable conditions. Implement physician orders, administer immunizations and injections, change dressings, perform wound care, and prepare patients for examinations and minor surgeries. Manage clinical and administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, verifying insurance eligibility, obtaining pre-certifications, and maintaining patient records. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, screen telephone calls, and advocate for clients while adhering to compliance policies and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess the ability to interact well with people and deal with stressful situations appropriately
- Must possess excellent documentation skills
- Must be flexible and able to work as a member of the team
- Must have ability to understand medical records, provider's orders
- Must have ability to communicate compassionately with patients, families, visitors, and other staff
- May require travel to satellite offices
- Must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a RN in New Hampshire
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN)
- All staff must possess and active BLS certification within 30 days of starting
- RN must possess an active ACLS certification (Pain Clinic only)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior OB/GYN and Triage medical office experience preferred
