Job Summary
Provide perioperative nursing care in SVPCHG Griffith's multi-specialty perioperative department (orthopaedics, general, urology, plastics, gynecology, ophthalmology, endoscopy). Permanent part-time role with orientation and a supportive team. Requires Bachelor of Nursing or Diploma of Nursing and registration with AHPRA, plus minimum 2 years of post-graduate perioperative experience. Strong written and verbal communication, and competence with clinical IT systems for patient information and risk management. Based at St Vincent’s Private Community Hospital Griffith in rural NSW.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Nursing, Diploma of Nursing or equivalent
- Authority to practise as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Minimum 2 years post graduate experience in Perioperative
- Highly developed written and verbal skills
- Competence in clinical IT systems for patient and health information and risk management
