Job Summary
Lead personalized care plan execution, monitoring patient milestones with precision and coordinating the multidisciplinary team for seamless collaboration. Execute physician and nursing orders with clinical excellence while championing discharge planning to ensure safe patient transitions. Maintain the highest standards of safety and accuracy in every treatment provided. Full-time day shift, Monday through Friday, 5:30am-2:00pm. Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted certification for BLS
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
- Professional licensure at time of hire
