Job Summary
Assess patient physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interviews, and clinical data review. Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Demonstrate competency in therapeutic interventions including IV therapy, wound care, medication administration, and specimen collection. Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and provide education to patients and families based on their learning readiness. Advocate for patient safety and rights while adhering to the nursing process and State Nurse Practice Act.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Nursing
- Nursing Diploma
- RN License in state of employment
- Medium Work exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally
- up to 20 lbs. frequently
- up to 10lbs. constantly
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing
- One (1) year experience
